Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually delivered in 10–20 business days, depending on your country. See our shipping page.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping is free on orders over CHF 75 (or the equivalent in EUR), otherwise CHF 4.90.
Which currency do I pay in?
Prices are shown in CHF in Switzerland and in EUR in all other countries.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I return my order?
Customers in the EU and EEA can withdraw from their purchase within 14 days; return shipping is paid by the customer. Swiss law does not provide a right of withdrawal for online purchases. Damaged or wrong items are always replaced or refunded. All details are on our returns page.
