- Free shipping on orders over CHF 75 (or the equivalent in EUR).
- Orders below that ship for a flat CHF 4.90 (or the equivalent in EUR).
- Processing: 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: usually 10–20 business days, depending on your country.
- Our products ship directly from our manufacturing partners' warehouses, mostly in Asia. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.
- You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
For deliveries outside Switzerland, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country.
