Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed in the online shop of Côte Noble, Andrea Klara Riedweg Zemp, Wanne 34, 6182 Escholzmatt, Switzerland ("we", "us"). Contact: cotenobleessentials@gmail.com.

2. Conclusion of contract

The products shown in the shop are not a binding offer. By completing the checkout you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is no longer available; in that case any payment already made is refunded immediately.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in CHF for Switzerland and in EUR for all other countries and are final prices. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is shown separately. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout. For deliveries outside Switzerland, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country.

4. Payment

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is due when you place the order.

5. Delivery

Our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners' warehouses, mostly in Asia. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on your country. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Customers in the EU and EEA have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form are on our returns page. Swiss law does not provide a right of withdrawal for online purchases.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. Natural materials such as leather may show small differences in colour and grain; this is not a defect. Small differences in colour between product images and the actual product can occur due to screen settings.

8. Liability

As far as legally permitted, we are only liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

9. Discount codes

Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash. The code WELCOME10 can be used once per customer.

10. Data protection

We process your personal data according to our privacy policy.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is Escholzmatt, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise for consumers.
